Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to join our dedicated team, someone who shares our passion for people, community, and storytelling through jewelry. As a Sales Associate, you'll play an essential role in providing outstanding customer service and helping our customers find the perfect pieces for their special moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all.
- Share the heritage and values of Branham's Jewelry, building lasting relationships with customers.
- Guide customers through the selection and purchasing process with expert advice and personal attention.
- Ensure merchandise is attractively presented and the store maintains its renowned inviting atmosphere.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets, along with specific goals related to warranties and credit applications.
- Prepare for and actively participate in special events, striving to meet event-specific goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products, promotions, and services offered.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer-centric environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales, warranty, and credit application targets.
- Capability to organize and execute store events, meeting and exceeding event goals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during special events.
