Certified Pilates Instructor

New opportunity to teach private and duet reformer classes in Cherry Hill with an outstanding group of pelvic therapists. Looking for an instructor to start immediately.

Must be:
Certified Pilates Trainer; classical or rehab training
Interest (aka Love) of pelvic health
Kind spirit
Goal oriented to mind body connection and not “fitness” oriented

Bonus: Previous client or has enjoyed the benefits of pelvic therapy or understands women's health related issues

Responsibilities:
- Educate and instruct clients on proper Pilates techniques and exercises
- Design and develop personalized Pilates programs based on individual client needs and goals
- Provide guidance and support to clients during Pilates sessions to ensure proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized Pilates studio environment
- Promote and sell fitness packages and memberships to clients

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology
- Certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates)
- Ability to cycle between different types of clients (pregnancy, postpartum, postsurgical)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Knowledge of program design principles for personal training
