Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to ensure the highest level of quality throughout our entire organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, evaluating existing processes and identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This position will have continued opportunities and will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Management of our current system ISO 9001:2015
- Oversee production floor
- Incoming and outgoing inspections
- Tool management
- Continuous improvement practices such as training and application of new systems
- Extend the highest quality products to our customers
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in Quality Control management
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Control processes and standards, including TS 16949
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
