Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking a full-time Admission / Marketing Associate. This is a terrific opportunity for an individual who will enjoy interacting with and assisting older adult clients.
The Admission / Marketing Associate frequently meets, on the Brethren Village campus, with prospective Residents to provide information; provide campus tours and make presentations; respond to questions and provide timely and helpful assistance; evaluate for admission based on admission criteria. The Admission / Marketing Associate also assists new Residents during their move-in and orientation processes.
The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Admission, Recruiting, or a healthcare field.
Our small Marketing team is responsible for promoting Brethren Village's Independent Living options; identifying prospective Residents; meeting with prospective Residents to highlight Brethren Village facilities, services, and amenities; recommending prospective Residents for admission, based on admission criteria; assisting new Residents during the contracting, move-in, and orientation processes.
In addition to meeting with Residents, the Admission / Marketing Associate works collaboratively with the Director to help identify strategies to support the department's and organization's goals; effectively implements Marketing plans and promotions aligned with strategic priorities; proactively assists the Director to coordinate, publicize, and run Marketing events and programs.
The Admission / Marketing Associate performs all duties with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
The Admission / Marketing Associate may occasionally drive Residents throughout the Brethren Village campus. Therefore, a valid PA driver's license (must have possessed a license for at least the past 2 years), evidence of personal auto insurance, and a driving record free from serious or excessive motor vehicle violations, including DUI, is required.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, benefits-eligible: Primarily day shift, on-site, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours as may be required to fulfill responsibilities
- Occasional early evening and weekend hours will be required
- high school diploma or G.E.D.
- at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Admission, Recruiting, or a relevant healthcare field
- a valid PA driver's license (must have possessed a license for at least the past 2 years), evidence of personal auto insurance, and a driving record free from a serious or excessive motor vehicle violations
- comfort interacting with an older adult population
- comfort and effectiveness making presentations and conducting frequent meetings and campus tours
- commitment to providing exceptional service to prospective and current Residents
- accurate data entry skills; experience working accurately and efficiently with computerized databases, websites, apps, etc.
- demonstrated ability to efficiently organize work and manage projects
- experience coordinating programs or events
- a high degree of discretion; commitment to handling all confidential, sensitive, or private information in a discreet and professional manner
- the ability to form positive, professional relationships with Residents, prospective Residents, and colleagues; ability and willingness to represent Brethren Village in a professional manner
- dependability; ability and willingness to meet attendance standards
