What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Brew Crumberland's Best?
BCB is looking for hard-working individuals who have an interest in coffee. Experience is not required, but we do ask that you have reliable transportation. Starting wages are $11.00 per hour. Tips range from $1.50-$2.00 on an hourly average, which is why we have posted the job at $12.50-$13.00. We also allow all of our employees to have one food and one drink item for free per shift, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with scheduling.
