Receptionist

Brewer Cycles is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive (you will be the face of the company)
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Run errands as needs for the company
• Stocking vending machines and maintaining the customer lounge
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Updating website with pictures of inventory as units are brought to the floor
• Must have knowledge of computers and taking pictures/videos with your phone
• Handling of Ebay account
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
• Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive

• 8 Hour Shift

• Tuesday to Friday 8:30-5:30
• Saturday 8:30-3

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
