Clinician Adult/Outpatient MATT
Annual salary: $51,484 - $75,066
*$7,500 sign-on bonus

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide mental health, addiction, and case management services (within the MATT program) with clients to identify and attain their stated goals.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis and treatment to individuals, groups and families.
- Assist with planning and facilitating IOP groups
- Provide case management services
- Maintain client records.
- Serve as liaison with outside services and referral sources.
- Supervise, coach and provide guidance to Student Interns as assigned
- Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Masters degree in behavioral health field with associate license required (LMSW, LMFTA or LPCA).
Experiencing with groups and co-occurring disorders
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Computer literacy.
Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices.
Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.
*The bonus will be made through payroll in two payments: $3,750 in the first payroll after 30 days of employment, and $3,750 the first payroll after the staff member successfully completes their 6 month probationary period.
