Position Summary :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. As an BT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting the progress of each client's unique goals. This position is ideal for an BT who is enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to high-quality care.

RBT Responsibilities :

• Deliver ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings, including the client's home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA, following the RBT guidelines and standards
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision, ensuring all RBT practices are adhered to
• Collect and record data accurately, documenting client progress and behavior changes according to RBT protocols
• Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and RBT training sessions
• Provide compassionate support and clear guidance to clients and families, building rapport and promoting a positive therapy experience as an RBT
• Follow company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of RBT professional conduct
• Participate in ongoing RBT training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
