Our Maintenance team proudly strives for state-of-the-art perfection in all areas of our organization to do with rolling stock, associated buildings and equipment. Brightline’s custom-built new Trainsets and all related equipment are cared for with precision to prevent defects and maintain the highest of standards allowing for on-time, smooth and smart service experiences to be provided to our guests.
As an essential member of the Brightline Maintenance team you will provide a safe and enjoyable work environment for yourself and others by keeping our Trainsets gleaming, comfortable, and fully stocked. This includes cleaning of the interior and exterior of the trains when they are not in service.

- HOURS - Monday-Friday (7:00am -3:30pm) ******
Essential Job Functions
- Clear walkways of litter.
- Inspect and thoroughly clean interior and exterior of trains.
- Clean seats, ceilings, windows, and walls.
- Clean restrooms and toilets.
- Maintain restroom supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels and soap.
- Remove paper, trash, and other debris.
- Sweep and vacuum and perform other duties as assigned.

- You are self-motivated person who is able to safely work to with chemicals to clean Brightline trains.
- You have an ability to maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with all members of the Brightline team
- You can exert 10lb of force on a consistent basis, 20lb frequently and up to 50lb occasionally.
- You have the physical ability required to climb, stoop kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp and talk.
- You have the ability to rapidly learn the activities and procedures related to the duties and responsibilities of the position and to establish and maintain a good rapport with fellow teammates.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday (7:00am -3:30pm)
- You are a minimum of 18 years old.
- You have and can show, legal permission to work in the United States.
- You can speak, read and understand English at a basic level.
