Senior Civil Engineer

Brighton Solutions has an exciting opportunity as we are seeking an experienced Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Birmingham, AL. As a highly skilled, experienced and licensed Civil Engineer, your knowledge of project planning, structural design, working with water and environmental systems, and transportation infrastructure will be an invaluable asset and help to drive your success in the role.

In performing this role, we are seeking individuals that have attained the minimum experience levels:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Master's is a plus
• Current and valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Alabama
• 5 years experience in civil engineering and demonstrated project success
• Experience with related engineering software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods. Residential experience for homebuilding, construction and hardscapes is required
• Demonstrated experience managing large scale projects
