Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in technical sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. This role requires a passionate individual who can manage a team, foster relationships, and enhance our presence in the market.
Duties:
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Recruit, hire and train door to door entry level sales representatives on how to set
appointments and in-home sales representatives to close sales in home
- Generate leads by manaing and motivating the door-to-door appointment setting team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with in-home sales team and door-to-door
appointment setting marketing team
- Conduct performance reviews and 1-on-1's with sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (admin, finance, operations, service, upper management)
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the upper management team
- Stay up to date with yearly sales quota
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in door to door sales, sales management,
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to assess and troubleshoot customer needs or questions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Door to door sales knowledge is critical
