We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team and provide vital support to senior attorneys and partners. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Client Communication:
  • Interact with clients in person and over the phone
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Document Preparation:
  • Prepare, revise, and organize legal documents
• Litigation Support:
  • Schedule all litigation-related activities, including:
    • Depositions, meetings, facilitations, and hearings
  • E-file documents where applicable
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and reminders
• File Management:
  • Organize and maintain legal files and digital documents
