General Summary: This role will provide financial and administrative support for an educational program in the National Security sector. Please note that this role is primarily remote but with the possibility of coming on-site as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Process tuition reimbursements - ensure all forms are completed correctly, ensure funds are available, and submit for review.
2. Regularly monitor a team inbox to ensure work is distributed and completed according to schedule.
3. Gather accounting documentation such as financial statements and journal entries.
4. Provide reports that include breakdowns of project costs and forecasts of remaining costs.
5. Assists in preparation of the annual budget to determine standard costs.
6. Other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience Requirement: Minimum five (5) years of direct experience. 

Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Work Environment: Work performed in a remote office environment.
