Job Summary

The Driver will provide transportation on behalf of Britto Central; Conducts deliveries and installations of artwork in clients home or business. Additionally, provides assistance with the shipping and Inventory team when not delivering or picking up art work and product as directed.

Duties Include:

• Assist main driver with transportation on behalf of Britto Central; Conducts deliveries and installations of artwork in clients home or business.
• Assist with art hanging and installation at all BRITTO locations as needed.
• Assists driver to follow precise scheduling of pickups and drop-offs
• Obeys all traffic laws
• Position requires the candidate to be comfortable in a seated position
• Support with administrativer review such as ensure the vehicle registration & Insurance card is in the vehicle and is up to date
• Assists in loading & unloading all art work & products and ensures accuracy of paperwork at all times
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassist.
• Properly stores art work and product for transportation to prevent load shift, damage and or loss of valuable art work and products
• Operates any motor vehicle in a safe manner and in accordance with traffic laws
• Performs safety inspection of the vehicle
• Maintains a clean and presentable transportation vehicle
• Ensure fluid levels and air pressure is correct and accurate. All systems including lighting and wipers are in good working order, reports any discrepancies as noted
• Assist the shipping team when not delivering or picking up art work and product as directed
• Operates all power equipment accordingly and within OSHA guidelines
• Shipping, motor vehicle and cargo areas are neat, clean and free of debris.
• All OSHA and Britto Central safety guidelines are observed and enforced
• Assist team in areas of need as observed by Management
• Performs all other task, duties and responsibilities as determined by Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma and or General Education Diploma (GED), and or equivalent
• 2 years of driving operations experience
• Must be able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong problem solving skills
• Demonstrates ability to complete assigned task in timely manner
• Organized, analytical and self –manage. Ability to meet goals and objectives of department and organization
• Communicates in a clear and consistent manner
• Ability to perform in high stress, high volume environment
• Proactive and innovated approach to achieve desired results of the department and organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
