POSITION SUMMARY
The President of Britto Central Inc. seeks a highly skilled Personal Executive Assistant to provide seamless business and personal support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and excels at prioritization and follow-through. This role requires high energy, sophistication, and professionalism, including engaging VIPs and clients, with on-call availability as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizes calendar and schedule including business and personal matters, and ensures the President keeps to his daily schedule while understanding that priorities change.
Provides a following day review daily to President before 5pm.
Keeps a list of pending tasks, ideas and projects mentioned by the President and reviews with him on a regular basis.
· Manages/coordinates travel both domestically and internationally (personal & business), and creates detailed itineraries.
· Conserves President’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.
· Conducts specialized research for President as needed.
· Organizes and keeps track of historical writings and photographs from special events and travels attended by the President in company server.
· Manages personal correspondence; email, phone calls, mail, invitations, etc., including drafting of correspondence.
· Arranges all gift request not limited to signatures, dedications, shipping, and delivery confirmation.
· Maintains all personal and professional files in a secure location.
· Performs general administrative duties such as copying, typing correspondence, research, etc., on a daily basis.
· Acts as primary gatekeeper and liaison for the President.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· The employee may on occasion lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
· The employee is required to use close vision, color vision, depth perception, and must have the ability to adjust focus on a daily basis.
· The employee is required to operate computer keyboard to perform data entry with use of a computer on daily basis.

· Job is primarily performed in a professional office setting; however, the employee will be required to travel off-site to and from presidents home as needed.

· The noise level in the work environment is usually at a low to moderate level.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
·2-3 Years of PEA Experience is required.
· Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
· Strong proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
· Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
· Foreign language skills a plus.
· Valid passport with availability for international and domestic travel.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Valid driver’s license
