About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Paver/Screed Operator to join our growing team, as we expand operations to Woodland, Washington! As an integral part of our operations, you’ll work on a variety of paving projects, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
- 2 years or more of experience in the Paving Industry - Desired
- 2 years of experience as a Screed Operator - REQUIRED
- Valid Driver’s license - Required
- CDL is a plus!
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Positive Attitude

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
