Job Description : Job Duties include :

Job Duties include :

• Review and redline contracts
• Liaise with legal and business units on contracting matters
• Adherence to Broadcom's Purchasing policies and procedures
• Ad hoc project related work

Required Skills

• 12 years related experience of contracts review, including redlining / drafting and working with legal for final review
• Understanding the purchasing contracting process from first receipt of paper through signature and Purchase Requisition creation
• Detailed and highly organized for fast paced organization
• Able to communicate well with all levels in an organization
• Strong process orientation and business acumen
• Able to work with minimal supervision, self starter and highly motivated

Relevant Experience

• Extensive contract redlining knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of IT contract work is preferred
• Complex contracts as opposed to boilerplate contract work is preferred
• Understanding of budget implications around contracts is appreciated
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $150,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
