What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Leasing Consultant position at Broadway Management Group?
Broadway Management Group is a busy residential property management company. We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Leasing Consultant to work the hours of Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-5pm, Wednesdays 10am-7pm, and Saturdays 10am to 5pm.
Front Desk Leasing Consultant Duties:
- Check any and all office voicemails AND emails, respond accordingly
- Answer phones / direct incoming calls to appropriate department
- Assist customers in lobby area
- Show Vacancy List and rent keys for showings
- Take maintenance calls and record and enter into system.
- Courteous, efficient handling of resident request and complaints
- Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding any and all properties or residents
- Proficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and or related information
- Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Market available units and upcoming vacancies
- Receive/ Collect Rent (FOM)
Receptionist Desk (AKA HOT SEAT):
- Office Support for all special projects
- Check all voice messages and emails
- Primary Focus to encourage customers to apply
- This position most importantly is actively engaged in gaining new prospects, follow up with prospects, and closing on sales to meet or exceed set goals.
- Keep the Vacancy List, Applications and all other front office forms stocked
- Record any Pest control requests & Treatments in Google Sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
