Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and overall health management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to physical therapy practices.
- Experience in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Familiarity with outpatient, inpatient, home community care, and acute care settings.
