HELP WANTED FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT The Borough of Brookhaven is accepting applications for the Public Works Department. Candidates should be safety oriented and be able to work independently or as part of a crew to complete assigned tasks. Candidates must have valid Pennsylvania Drivers License, high school diploma or equivalent thereof as well as have working knowledge of general maintenance and repair to borough owned vehicles and power equipment. Candidates will be expected to remain current on industry standards and advancement through continuing education and training. The position requires on-call availability for snow and other related weather or environmental emergencies. Job Functions include but are not limited to : roadway repair and maintenance, landscape and maintenance of borough owned properties, sewer inspection and maintenance. Salary depends on experience.
