Our Fortune 100 Telecom client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the Service Transformation team, which is focused on enhancing customer operations through various programs. Minimal Qualifications:
- Ability to create and maintain project plans.
- Understand the SDLC approach and the high-level activities.
- Technical understanding will be a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to articulate project progress effectively and highlight concerns with potential mitigations in a timely manner.
- Able to manage assigned work with minimal support.
- Able to work in a team setting and liaise with multiple stakeholders and technical teams (if required)
Responsibilities:
- Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
