The YMCA of Broome County has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, safety focused Aquatics Director.
The Aquatics Director will oversee the Aquatics Department at our Johnson City location.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a safe environment at all times
-Hire, train and supervise a team of lifeguards and swim instructors
-Establish and maintain a good relationships with team members, members and parents
-Ability to work with children
-Maintain existing aquatics programs and develop new programs based on community needs

Salary Range:
$42,500-47,500 based on education and experience
Requirements
-Experience as a lifeguard and swim instructor
-At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred
-Current lifeguard certification
-Current CPR/First Aid certification
Salary : $42,500 - $47,500
