We also offer a full line of engineering and fabrication services. We have extensive inventory offering same day shipments and maintain a broad array of manufacturing equipment allowing for same day fabrication services
We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant to assist our sales team. Duties include (but not limited to):
- Invoicing orders using company’s computer software
- Receiving purchase orders into company’s computer software
- Filing various paperwork
- Assist sales personnel with various day to day activities
- Answering phones part of the day
- Process credit memos
- Process fright claims
Employee will receive on the job training. Qualifications include:
- Ability to professionally speak on the phone
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable following instructions
- Excellent organizational skills
