Brown-Campbell Company is looking for an Outside Sales person to lead and develop our team at our Memphis, TN location. This dynamic opportunity is ideal for an energetic, personable, and self-motivated individual who is seeking a position with variety. You will be responsible for leading, directing, and overseeing all outside sales activities for our growing Memphis service center. In addition, there will be opportunity for certain management responsibilities.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales growth by developing relationships with existing and potential customers throughout the Memphis territory. A minimum of three days per week on the road making sales calls on customers is expected and some overnight travel will be required.
- Work with inside sales team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests for pricing and product information, and the follow-up of quotes and sales leads.
- Ensure and maintain superior customer service standards through on-time deliveries of quality products and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
- Take the initiative to develop, recommend, and implement improved inside sales practices to increased sales.

Education and Experience
- College degree in Business preferred.
- Inside and outside sales experience and industrial management experience preferred.
Qualification Requirements
- Ability to work with inside sales team; develop, execute, and evaluate sales growth strategies.
- Strong organizational abilities; know how to manage time, set priorities, and delegate to others.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in business math, Word, and Excel.
- Attention given to accuracy and details.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Available to travel overnight

Pay: $51,992.00 - $81,648.00 per year
