QUALIFICATIONS
1. MUST COMMUNICATE AND WORK WELL WITH YOUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES, PATIENTS, CUSTOMERS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.
2. KNOWLEDGEABLE OF EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCT LINE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN NEW TECHNOLOGIES.
3. MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF PATIENT FILES.
4. PARTICIPATE IN MONTHLY STAFF MEETINGS AND IN-SERVICES.
5. MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND ATTITUDE.
6. MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE.
7. HAVE ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF FUNDING SOURCES AS IT RELATES TO YOUR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT, SUCH AS, MEDICARE,
MEDICAID, PRIVATE INSURANCE, V.A., ETC.
8. MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION AND TELEPHONE SKILLS.
9. MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED.
10. MUST BE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE VARIOUS TASKS.
11 MUST BE ABLE TO STAND/SIT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
12. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED HIGH ENERGY ENVIRONMENT.
13 MUST RECEIVE TWO BASELINE TUBERCULOSIS TESTS.
14. MUST MAINTAIN A CURRENT, VALID, FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE.
15 MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT TO PULL YOUR OREDERS FOR DELIVERY.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR.
2. ASSIT STAFF SO DEPARTMENT RUNS EFFICENTLY AND ENSURE POLICY AND PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED
3. ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION ON PATIENT FOR DELIVERY AND BILLING
PURPOSES. FOLLOW UP AS NEEDED FOR MISSING DOCUMENTATION.
4. SUBMIT PRIOR-AUTHORIZATIONS AND ASSURE ALL AUTHORIZATIONS ARE ACCURACT AND COMPLETE TO BILL
5. TAKE TELEPHONE ORDERS FROM VARIOUS AGENCIES AND CUSTOMERS.
6. WORK WITH THE PURCHASING AGENT TO RESTOCK YOUR EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.
7. MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT TO PULL ORDERS FOR DELIVERY
7. RESPONSIBLE FOR IDENTIFYING TRENDS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES THAT WILL
BENEFIT OUR PATIENT’S AND BROWNING’S PHARMACY & HEALTH CARE.
8. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH OSHA EXPOSURE GUIDELINES, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR JOB IS A CATEGORY II POSITION, YOUR NORMAL WORK ROUTINE INVOLVES NO EXPOSURE TO BLOOD, BODY FLUIDS OR TISSUES, BUT EXPOSURE TO POTENTIAL EXPOSURE MAY BE REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT. APPROPRIATE PROTECTIVE MEASURES ARE READILY AVAILABLE TO EVERY EMPLOYEE

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
