Full Time, Part Time Per Diem, Includes Weekends

Brunswick Hospital Center (BHC), is a 146-bed private, acute-care psychiatric hospital that is licensed by The New York State Office of Mental Health and accredited by The Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Brunswick Hospital Center caters to a diverse population throughout the NY Metropolitan region and is located 45 minutes from Manhattan and in close proximity to all major expressways and the LIRR/local bus service.

In this role, you will:

· Welcome guests and greet people who visit the BHC.

· Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, recording messages

· Monitor our front desk/lobby disinfecting, sanitizing, and servicing assigned areas and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

· Receives and records all deliveries

· Executive PPE and facility requirements for all vendors and visitors

We require:

· High School or Equivalency Diploma

· Knowledge of customer service principles and practice

· Knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· ​Experience in psychiatric or general healthcare facility preferred

· Speak, read and write English

· Other duties as assigned.
