Carpenter Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work activities.
- Skill in reading, writing, and math
- Skill in the use of carpentry and basic power and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Skill in interpersonal communication.
- Knowledge of architectural applications.
- Methods and techniques of storing equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Principles and procedures of record keeping.
- Ability to prepare labor and material estimates, ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Carpenter Helper Qualifications:
- Skill in reading, writing, and math.
- Skill in the use of carpentry and basic power and hand tools.
- Ability to learn how to read blueprints or willingness to learn how to read blueprints and drawings.
- Develop skill in interpersonal communication.
- Continue developing knowledge of architectural applications.
Qualifications:
- 6 months’ relevant experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Reliable transportation
