Mental Health Therapist (Salary)
($2,000 Bonus Offered 54 Free CEU Credits)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide mental health services including assessments to individuals and families during sessions
- Prepares correspondence, progress notes, and other records on individual progress.
- Provide the necessary care and support to help patients cope with various life challenges to improve their lives.
- Ask questions and listen to help patients explore their thoughts and feelings.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to adhere to the areas of regulatory compliance, professional standards, and ethical practices.
- Meet with assigned consumers weekly, or otherwise as determined by the needs of the consumer.
- Attend individual and/or group supervision at a frequency determined by the program supervisor and professional licensing body.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Master’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience providing therapy to children and families
- Must have an active Maryland license (LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C)
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
- Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural diversity and special needs population
- Willing to see clients in person.
