What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundryman position at Buckeye Aluminum Foundry?
Buckeye Aluminum Foundry is looking for a dedicated, dependable, and hardworking laborer to join our team.
Job Duties may include:
- Creating sand molds for our metal castings
- Using grinders and hand tools to clean castings
- Lifting 75 lbs
- Working in confined spaces
- Using equipment such as hand tools, industrial metal furnaces, tow motors, blasters and overhead cranes
- Working with a team as well as independently
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
- Work environment is a hot, dirty, loud environment.
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body. Such as lifting, walking, standing, bending, etc.
- Lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: at least 40 per week

- 8 hour shifts, 7 am - 3 pm.
- Monday-Friday
- M-F 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.
