This position is responsible for coordinating and auditing processes and documentation in the warehouse operation, training personnel, and assisting in maintaining the quality and accuracy of policies and procedures

You will be responsible for
Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service ensuring proper processes are followed.
Audit files assigned to ensure accuracy and instructions followed.
Assist operations department in maintaining of client database.
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training of personnel ensuring organizational standards are met.
Report any discrepancies or errors to management discovered during audit processes.
Develop, review, and evaluate training programs, SOPs, and Quality documentation.
What we need from you
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
High attention to detail.
Analytical and data driven.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish/English)
