Quality & Training Analyst (P-TIME)(Day Shift)

Audit files assigned to ensure accuracy and instructions followed. Assist operations department in maintaining of client database. Conduct onboarding and ongoing training of personnel ensuring organizational standards are met. Report any discrepancies or errors to management discovered during audit processes. Develop, review, and evaluate training programs, SOPs, and Quality documentation.   What we need from you High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. High attention to detail. Analytical and data driven. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish/English)
