The Customer Retention Specialist performs a wide variety of job functions at the direction of the General Manager, assisting and coordinating store activities to ensure safe, professional and profitable operations. Rent to Own experience and bilingual a plus. Position requires routine lifting/delivering of furniture and appliances. Must be able to work in and outdoors. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Clean driver's license is necessary. Must be 21 years of age.
