Position Summary
The Franchise Consultant is accountable for supporting the operation of all stores in the assigned territory. The FC directs a group of franchisees to ensure that each store/franchise operates within policies and procedures established by the company and seizes every opportunity to improve rental revenues. The overall continuing challenge of the Franchise Consultant is to raise interest and awareness of the factors that cause a store to be successful and secondly to ensure that this knowledge is applied to the daily operations of each franchise location.
Principal Responsibilities
• Establishes a professional working environment that encourages individual commitment to achieving the franchise mission
• Influences the operations of all assigned stores through the owner/operator, Regional Manager or General Manager to meet projected performance goals set by the franchisor.
• Understands and provides assistance in associate development
• Monitors performance and conduct of personnel in assigned stores, reports any issues directly to management or ownership
• Monitors all store locations, vehicles, and equipment to ensure all are organized, clean, and maintained properly for safe operation
• Turns in Store Visit Forms directly to franchisor and franchisee.
• All other duties deemed necessary for effective territory management

Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over the phone with employees and franchise owners

Negotiate and resolve conflict
Plan, organize, delegate, coordinate and follow up various tasks and assignments Recognize and solve problems
Must have proficient navigational skills with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates
