Handyman

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. After proper training and onboarding, you will assume an autonomous role. This role is very lucrative - with diligence, time, and effort, you will grow as quickly as you want. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and personable and communicative skills along with a healthy work ethic.

The job consists of small construction, hauling, and landscaping jobs. This includes handyman work and whatever a couple of guys and a truck can take of. We operate within an hour of Morgantown WV.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively
• Address construction, hauling, and landscaping needs as required.
• Respond promptly to texts, calls, and emails from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• A solid work ethic
• Truck and tools preferred

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar work
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on job assignments.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
