Sales Support Administrator- In-office, Lake Mary, Florida

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Administrator to provide essential support to our sales team in our Grocery and C-Store channels as well as work with other partners, to achieve the company’s sales goals.

Recipe for Success:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Marketing, Sales Support or Administrative Support functions.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite- Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced- able to create spreadsheets with formulas, use pivot tables, analyze data), PowerPoint, Outlook. Also proficient with SharePoint and Salesforce.
  • Solid keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal/written communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships.

Here is a taste of what you will be doing:

  • Utilize CRM software and MS Office tools, particularly SharePoint and MS Excel, to facilitate seamless sales operations.
  • Manipulate Excel sales reports to meet project requirements, leveraging basic formulas effectively.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, contributing to efficient team workflows.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, displaying a high level of dedication and professionalism.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Manage detailed data entry tasks in a high-volume environment, including New Item Forms and Ecommerce Content management.
  • Coordinate Vendor Days and client meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Gather information from multiple data sources to support decision-making processes.
  • Handle heavy email, calendar management, Teams chat, and phone communications efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration.
  • Show initiative and make impactful decisions to drive positive outcomes.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
