PT Dental assistant position available in fun, fast growing private practice. General Dentistry, CT, CEREC, 3 shape, iTero, Implants, Surgery, Laser, PRP. Experience is a PLUS, if new don't worry we will train you and provide plenty opportunity for growth!
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Create a positive and individualized experience for each patient
Build rapport with patients to ensure a memorable smile
Schedule patient appointments, accommodating for potential scheduling conflicts
Prepare dental materials and equipment for the scheduled treatments
Preparing and presenting treatment plan to patients as needed
Maintain dental instruments, supplies and equipment inventory, and other ancillary duties
Assists with patient management during dental procedures
Proactively support team members and pods
Ability to thrive in an environment of change and growth
Accountable and coachable to learn
Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
Ability to engage with patients, providers, and team members building professional relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be flexible and accept different work assignments within the practice, which may include travel to other locations, with a positive approach

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required))
General Dentistry knowledge (Required); CDA Certification (Preferred)
X-Ray Certification (Required)
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Minimum 2yrs of Dental Assistant experience (Preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
