We welcome you to Bus Loop Burgers. We are not your average burger joint. We serve cooked to order food, which is prepared after the customer orders. We prep food by hand, we clean, and provide great customer service. We work in an open kitchen design that can be fast paced and hot at times. Our customers expect quality service every visit. The food industry is a hustle because we are challenged to satisfy demanding customers, but it is rewarding in the end. The job is to serve customers to the best of our ability. This job opening is for a morning shift leader. The hours are 8am-4pm. Days available are Monday-Saturday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are our busiest days, so it is mandatory to be available during these peak times.
Pay
- This role pays hourly starting at $14.00 an hour.

Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ability to operate the Front of the house
- The ability to operate the Fryer station
- The ability to operate the Toppings station
- The ability to operate the Grilling station
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing inventory.
- Reporting and cash handling
- Ensuring completion of daily operations
- Ensuring compliance of company policies
- Responsible for leading daily in store team meetings.
Physical Demands:
- This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces.
- You must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- The use of hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects is required.
- Finger dexterity is required for cash register use.
- There will be constant exposure to hot equipment and oil throughout the workday. The work environment will occasionally have warm temperatures.
