Job Summary : As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. You will work independently in the field to identify potential clients, present our services, and close sales. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Meetings : Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Industry Events : Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Network with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights. Organize and manage logistics for event participation, including booth setup and promotional materials.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Reporting : Track sales activities, report on progress, and provide feedback on market trends to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services and resolve any client issues.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
