Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage patient cases from admission to discharge
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Skills
- Proficient in managed care principles
- Experience in medical-surgical, critical care, or pediatrics
- Knowledge of discharge planning processes
- Ability to assess vital signs and interpret medical terminology
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on primary care
- Familiarity with inhalation therapy techniques
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $63.76 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
