We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee multiple landscaping projects across residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing crews, meeting deadlines, and using industry-specific software like Aspire. This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage resources, communicate effectively, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
 

• Manage and oversee multiple landscaping projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and supervise multiple crews, providing direction, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Utilize PO (Purchase Order) systems to manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project success.
• Utilize landscape industry-specific software (Aspire), to streamline project management and operations.
• Monitor job sites for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
• Assist in the development and refinement of project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 
Qualifications
 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the landscape industry, with both residential and commercial project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PO systems, project scheduling, and budget management.
• Proficiency in landscape industry-specific software (e.g. Aspire) is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct multiple crews.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
