Your Role in Our Success

The Information Security Analyst is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s assets by implementing, managing, and monitoring security policies, processes, and systems. This role involves assessing potential security risks, coordinating with internal teams to understand operational challenges, developing actionable security strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. What You Bring to the Table

• You possess a Bachelor of Administration or Bachelor of Science or equivalent; or three to five years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certifications.
• You excel at analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and making data- driven decisions
• You know how to communicate effectively with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills to convey security policies and collaborate across teams
• You work well in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting cross-functional efforts
• You lead with confidence, managing security personnel or external services by setting clear expectations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability
• You have experience managing projects, with a proven track record of planning, implementing, and overseeing complex security initiatives
• You are dependable and uphold high standards of integrity, ensuring confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and adhering to security protocols
• You are Proficient in CRM software Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

• Compensation: Base compensation for this role ranges from $80,000-$100,000
• Flexible Work Environment- This position will primarily be remote, however, will need to report to our Cincinnati office based on business necessity. On average, 1 times a week in office.
