What it's like to be a NURSE DAY SHIFT at NURSE DAY SHIFT
As a Registered/Licensed Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village, your primary role is to deliver direct nursing care to our residents while overseeing the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants during your shift. You will ensure that all nursing practices align with current federal and state regulations, as well as facility protocols, all under the guidance of the Director of Nursing Services. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes quality care and safety. - Current Arkansas State License in Nursing is required.
