This position is remotely based, ideally near Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

At ArrowStream, we provide cutting-edge SaaS solutions that empower our customers to streamline their operations and make data-driven decisions. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our platform through hands-on training, data analysis, and process optimization. You’ll be an integral part of their journey from implementation to long-term success.

Your Impact:

· Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through best practices and system utilization.

· Monitor and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

· Conduct training sessions to help customers navigate and optimize our platform.

· Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational improvements.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, creating clear and helpful documentation.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, product, and account management teams to enhance customer experience.

About You:

· 2 years of experience in customer success, supply chain, or SaaS technology.

· Strong troubleshooting skills with a passion for problem-solving.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technology.

· A proactive and customer-first mindset, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.
