Machine Operator

Position Summary: The Machine Operator will perform all responsibilities necessary to operate, troubleshoot, set up, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment and execute the manufacturing processes.

• Continuous improvement of quality and productivity of manufacturing operations
• Basic skills to setup, load, and unload material from manual and automated equipment with little supervision.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery equipment and facility.
• Self motivated and detailed orientated
• Ensure that work materials are present when needed.
• Ensure all products are packaged and labeled correctly.
• Always follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities.
• Inspect and remove all product that does not meet quality standards.
• Positive attitude.
• Other duties as required from time to time.
