WHO WE ARE: Construction leaders operating across the Midwest, specializing in asphalt, concrete, parks, & sports construction. We've built a reputation for excellence in pickleball and tennis court construction, serving both private and commercial clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY: Lead our Court Division into its next phase of growth. You'll oversee everything from court resurfacing to new construction projects while building a scalable operation across multiple states.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive operational excellence and strategic growth
- Partner with Sales and Project Management on performance goals
- Implement efficient business systems and processes
- Foster key relationships with partners and vendors
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Proven multi-project management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership abilities
