THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Schedule:
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday day shift schedule.
Day-to-Day:
As an Experienced Appliance Repair Technician, your day will be filled with hands-on repairs and problem-solving. You'll travel to clients' homes to diagnose issues with various appliances, from dishwashers and refrigerators to range/ovens, washers/dryers, ventilation hoods, and ice machines. Each task will challenge your technical skills and knowledge as you work to ensure every appliance operates smoothly. Your role will be crucial in providing top-tier customer service, informing clients about repairs, and sharing maintenance tips. Your dedication to detail, safety, and teamwork will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and reliability!
Hard Requirements:
- 1 year of appliance service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- R-134 sealed system certified
- 2 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges/ovens, washers/dryers, ventilation hoods, and ice machines)
- Experience with built-in and high-end appliances
- A willingness to learn and cross-train in fireplace services
