WHAT THIS APPLIANCE REPAIR ROLE ENTAILS:
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday day shift schedule. As our Experienced Appliance Technician, you'll diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances. You will visit clients' homes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that dishwashers, refrigerators, range/ovens, washers/dryers, ventilation hoods, and ice machines are functioning optimally. Your expertise will allow you to quickly identify problems and provide effective solutions, enhancing our clients' satisfaction. Throughout your day, you will maintain clear communication with customers, offering tips and advice on maintenance. Your role is crucial in upholding our reputation for excellent service and technical proficiency!
What we need from you:
- 1 year of appliance repair experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Being R-134 sealed system certified and having 2 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges/ovens, washers/dryers, ventilation hoods, and ice machines) would be a plus! Experience with built-in and high-end appliances and a willingness to learn and cross-train in fireplace services are also bonuses.
