C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST to join an ambitious and growing team. The Human Resources Recruitment and Retention Assistant provides advanced professional, technical, and analytical support in the areas of recruitment and selection, hiring, onboarding, training, and other complex and sensitive personnel related assignments. The Human Resources Assistant will ensure the organization provides an excellent candidate experience, filling our vacancies while building a strong employer brand for our company so that we can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.
What will you do as a Part-time Receptionist?
- Receiving guests at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answering a multi-line phone system—screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Serve as the initial source of information regarding events, company information, questions, and transfer other inquiries to the appropriate parties as needed
- Answer general questions/concerns
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all the necessary stationery and material
- Monitoring the security of the building, using our door locking/unlocking system.
- Assist the Human Resources Department
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of previous work experience in a customer service or receptionist position
- Excellent Attendance and reliability!
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Microsoft Office skills (specifically Outlook Excel, and Word)
- High level of professionalism
- Superior organization skills
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Ability to multi-task and adaptability
- Bilingual preferred but not required
