Sign-On Bonus: $2000.00 ($1000.00 paid at 30 days of employment, $1000.00 paid upon completion of 90 day probationary period.)
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve commercial truck and fleet sales goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, businesses, and fleet operators to understand and address their vehicle needs effectively.

Oversee the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to ethical business practices.

Stay informed about current market trends, vehicle offerings, and commercial automotive technologies to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Manage inventory levels to meet client demands while maximizing profitability.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to dealership leadership.

Represent the dealership at community events and industry functions to promote the brand and build business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a commercial or fleet setting.

Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and achieve measurable sales results.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
