About the job Collision Repair Technician

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Norfolk, VA is currently hiring Automotive Body Shop Technicians where top performers can earn up to $140,000 annually!

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following :

  • Examine body damage on customer vehicles and identify necessary repair work
  • Estimate cost of bodywork and order parts when necessary
  • Performs body repairs including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts
  • Documents repairs performed
  • Performs body repairs efficiently and according to Collision Center and insurance company guidelines
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Participates in required training
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system

    • Job Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Background check / drug test
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • At least 1 year of body repair experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
