What The Role Is: Responsible for oversight and compliance of all retirement plans and IRAs within the Wealth Management Department. Lead contact for our retirement plan vendors and products. Provides sales support to trust officers.

- Leading a special process, function, and/or team in the Contact Center
- Ensure that processes and procedures are followed
- Responsible for reporting results and/or statistics related to process, function, and/or team
- Developing processes and people to improve the customer experience
- Assists with decision making
- Assists with Contact Center strategy
- Develops and implements Contact Center processes and procedures

- High School diploma required and some college preferred
- 2-3 years of financial services experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
